The Simalube automatic lubricator can be safely operated within an ambient temperature range of -20 °C to +55 °C. This limitation is due to the gas cell mechanism inside the cartridge.

However, the greases and oils used in Simalube often have a wider temperature range. Depending on the selected lubricant, the application can therefore remain reliable at both higher and lower temperatures.
